I have a K03 and besides the price I want to know the difference between the single clamp and the single filet clamp?

The single fillet clamp is thinner than the regular one, for lower sharpening angles.

Why is this center clamp better than the 2 stock clamps that come with the Kadet Pro? Or what is it useful for?

Q - Why is this center clamp better than the 2 stock clamps that come with the Kadet Pro? Or what is it useful for?

A - It's not necessary better or worse. It largely depends on the knives you typically clamp and sharpen. You can do a lot with only the Kadet Pro stock clamps.

Will pm2 work?

Yes, as long as you adjust the clamp to align with the full flat grind on your PM2. That said, a better and more secure choice would be 2 separate clamps - link below. Use 1 clamp on the flat tang/ricasso behind the Spyderco hole, and the second clamp about an inch or so back from the tip.

Any thin profile clamp should work. You could use one of your side clamps alone for small pocket knives, especially a low profile side clamp like a fillet clamp. It will work fine to have your knife clamped on one side of the bar if needed, it does not specifically have to be clamped in the middle of the clamp bar. If you do want to purchase a single center clamp, then I would suggest getting the fillet single clamp for your specific needs.

I don’t know what you mean by “high profile”? Will this fit a Kadet model?

Q - I don’t know what you mean by “high profile”? Will this fit a Kadet model?

A - Yes, it will fit your Kadet, but it is longer than the original Kadet clamps. The "high profile" wording is a little confusing and maybe not the best description but it simply means that these K03 clamps are longer.
