Empty Thick Blanks are used with KME knife sharpener to attach lapping films. The blank adds rigidity and increases the lifespan of the sharpening stone. Empty Blanks are made of high-quality 5 mm thick aluminum.
There are two ways to attach sharpening stones to empty blanks:
Avoid cyanoacrylate and dual-component epoxy adhesives.
